Ms. Lisbet Quesada Luna, Cuban Consul General in Shanghai, delivered a carefully prepared speech to the participating elevator companies, providing insights into Cuba from political, economic, cultural, and legal perspectives. In her concluding remarks, she mentioned that Cuba will increase investment and fully utilize the benefits related to foreign investment to promote the development of its own economic model and achieve the construction of a prosperous and stable socialism; and that Cuba has taken important measures to stimulate the attractiveness of foreign capital and promote Cuba's business environment and economic development. Mr. Gu Zhe, Director of the Business Consulting Center of the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Secretary-General of the Shanghai Chamber of International Commerce, a senior expert with years of experience in researching legal protection for outbound enterprises, reminded the elevator entrepreneurs that any disputes arising from or related to contracts should be submitted to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, also known as the Shanghai International Arbitration Center, for arbitration, which is an effective means of protection. The meeting adopted diverse formats, with representatives from several elevator companies sharing their experiences in overseas trade through "My Global Footprint Sharing" sessions.
